Pure professional staff and doctor, had prescribed meds there, timely, very friendly

Our kitty had an open wound on her chin. I called our vet immediately and left a message for an appointment. That was 5 days ago and they still haven't called back. I called Lotus, they answered right away and gave us an appointment the next day!

Mitzi needed emergency care on Sunday, Dr Me immediately agreed to see her and treat her wounds. She required stitches in 3 different areas. Thank you Dr Me .

Dr. Yonus was incredible. He made time to see us when we had an emergency situation pop up. He took his time, was knowledgeable, and was compassionate towards myself and my dog. I highly recommend Lotus!

Was able to get an appointment quickly. Very friendly and professional staff. I was alone and have a fractured wrist. Brooke(I believe) held Angel's leash so I could sign out. We were in & out in 40 minutes. So glad we found this place.

Our Duke is difficult but we were treated so well with patience and consideration. They did not make us come back and sedate him which is why we wanted a new vet. We are so thankful to have found Lotus...we will be recommending and we will be back:)

From the phone call to make a same day appointment to check out I felt like everyone truly cared about the well being of Ruby. Everything was explained to me in detail. Very pleasurable experience. I will most definitely be bringing Ruby back.

All staff was so friendly towards my cat and me! Dr. Metahri was thorough, found my cats issue, and took care of her. While the process was going on, he kept me informed and took me step by step of what he was doing. Cat left in much better state. :)

The staff is very caring, kind and knowledgeable. They treated my Marleigh so well and developed a plan of care for her. I was very impressed that they could fit us in for my very sick pup. I would definitely recommend them. Very compassionate care.

Got me in asap pup up and back to his normal self
